Greene County Tourism Council

The Greene County Tourism Council is a group of business owners/managers who meet bi-monthly to advise the Director of Economic Development & Tourism and the Board of Supervisors on how best to promote Greene County as a travel destination and to help raise the tourism economic impact. The members represent a wide range of tourism related businesses.  Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday in February, April, June, August, October, and December from 9:00-10:30 am at various locations.  Refer to the Community Calendar prior to each meeting for location information.

The Tourism 2025 Strategic Plan was finalized in 2018 and details the goals set forth by the Tourism Council and the Greene County Economic Development & Tourism Department.
