·  Timothy Anderson requests a 45 foot rear setback line variance from Article 4-5-2 of the Greene County Zoning Ordinance which requires a 50 ft. rear setback line.  This request is on property that is identified on the County Tax Maps as 60C-(14)-11 located on Lake Haven Lane containing approximately 4.83 acres and is zoned A-1, Agriculture.  (VAR#12-002)
