Courthouse Greene County Circuit Court As the highest local court, the Circuit Court handles felonies in the criminal system, appeals from lower courts and civil law suits. The Greene County Circuit Court schedule is set by Judge Bouton. The Third Tuesday of the month is set for motions beginning at 9:30 AM for Criminal Court and 1:30 PM for Civil Court Terms Begin the second Monday of even months (Feb., April, June, Aug., Oct., Dec.). On Term Day, the grand jury is sworn in, the grand jury indictments are considered, and the dockets are reviewed.
