The Finance Director is responsible for maintaining Greene County's general accounting system and financial records. The director provides assistance and reports to the Board of Supervisors, County Administrator, and other departments. This position coordinates and assists in the annual audit process. The director is also responsible for accounts payable, payroll, preparation of the budget, miscellaneous billing, monitoring of expenditures/revenues on a monthly basis, and internal control.
